Di Kepit Gate

Aku lambat pagi ni..seperti biasa. Tapi aku salahkan hujan..sbb aku dah keluar rumah awal dari kebiasaan. Tapi KL ni biasa la. Bila hujan je jalan pun jem. Jarang sekali jalan yang aku lalu tu jem..tapi sbb hujan.

Tapi aku pantas sampai ke ofis. Sebelum kol 9. Kalo tidak aku pegi je terus tempat seminar tu..tapi aku kene pi amik budak sengal sorang kat ofis nak tumpang pergi seminar bersama-sama..

Pintu gate masih rosak. Tekan interkom suruh receptionist bukak gate sambil cakap di telefon bersama rakan sekerja yang dah sampai kat tempat seminar.

Gate ni main-main pulak dengan aku. Bukak-tutup-bukak-tutup..kali ke-3 bukak..dah bukak besar sikit. Aku budget dia dah puas bermain-main dgn aku. Dah la lambat ni.

Belum sempat aku melepasi gate...gate tutup..

Yea...aku kene kepit gate automatik kilang aku pagi tadi...
Tangan sakit, pinggang terasa sengal.
Tapi ok kot...takde pun simptom2 yang tidak diingini kepada kandungan.

Salah siapa?

1. Kontraktor gate yang pemalas dah seminggu dipanggil tetapi tamau angkat phone?
2. Salah receptionist yang tolong bukak kan gate?
3. Salah engineer aku yang takde keje jadi bermain2 dgn suis gate? Who is oso si sengal yang aku dtg ofis nak pick-up pegi seminar sama-sama.

Banyak spekulasi (tapi kalau betul yang no.3 tu yang salah..mmg celaka aaaa!). MD aku mengamuk sbb kesian pegawai keselamatan (Safety Officer) dia terkapit.

Sakit! Tapi aku tau korang nak gelak...gelak je lah. Aimann tak kesah!

Dalam beberapa saat aku terkapit tu..aku telah menggemparkan kilang dgn suara lantang aku...satu kilang dengar. Pembesar suara semula jadi aku masih berfungsi..dah lama aku tak test.

Tu je kisah aku...sakit masih terasa..harapannya takde side-effect..

Kari di Darus

hehe..no i'm not talking about kari as in the cuisine..but what the subang boys refers to.

Kari=girl(s)/awek cun

Don't ask me why. They have always used that word to refer to chicks. And they have been creative enough to elaborate the word to add some spice in their sessions - Kari Moi, Kari Total..so many..I can't keep track. Don't ask me to explain the meaning coz sometimes they don't make sense to me either. Prolly the best person to refer to is En. Buih. Since he is one of the main AJK of Darussalam.

Anyway..yesterday had a kari session with Sophie and Farah at Darus hence Kari di Darus. AJK2 lain ada la jugak but we stayed on til 11.30PM!!! Bergosip, bersembang sambil melantak sampai lebam!

Nothing much to share actually because a lot of what we talked about were girl stuffs..hehe..Cuma En. Shahir Omar je meng'kari'kan diri dan melepak bersama kami sampai 10.30pm. Best kan bergosip bersama kami kan Shahir? Kami pun seronok bergosip bersama anda..and sungguh banyak informasi..tak tumpah mcm kari!heheh! (I personally think guys gossip more than girls! but i'll elaborate more on that next time)

Well this is just a shout out for Sophie and Farah to say I had sooooo much fun yesterday!! We should get together again and have a similar session soon..tunggu Acad fly lagi ok? And it's OK kak pi..Acad promote ke Jumbo pun we will do our very best to keep you occupied. Jangan sedih-sedih ok Puan S...

Wokeh..dah pukul 1..aku nak balik.

Boring New Me

Was going through my spam mails (which I mostly get from Facebook or Friendster) and I was suprised to get a notification for my old blog which I had on Friendster previously. Someone left a comment on one of my old posts (it's about a year old laa) and had caused me to re-read my old posts from that blog.

A walk down memory lane....

I was kinda surprised that I had FAR MORE interesting things to say in my old blog. It even made me think "Was that even me who wrote it?" (Just incase you're curious what my old blog is all about..click here )

Those were the days when I was constantly lost..down on my luck..broke..and basically slightly depressed. Though it doesn't entirely sound depressing, but it has a few posts that I was just fed-up with almost everything.

But somehow..the old me sounded inspiring (chewah..puji diri sendiri! But then sape lagi nak puji aku kalau tak diri sendiri kan?) I somehow sounded pretty optimistic despite the situation that I was really in. And hoooo boy...it truly was a depressing situation. I definitely sounded more interesting that what I post here in this blogsite..heheh!

My conclusion..when life gets you down..that's when you're most inspired..(no wonder there are so many artists who comes up with heartbreaking depressing music..ever wonder why an aspiring artist is ALWAYS struggling and are a junkie for emo depressing situations? Guess that's when they get their creative juices the most...)
But when you're happy and have everything going for you...you become a boring mundane person!hahah!like what I am nowadays! :P

I guess back in the days I had sooooooooo much to complain..and I had soooo much pent-up anger in me..and I had to let it out. But nowadays..honestly I have nothing to complain about. I have almost anything that I could have ever wished for..so I'm not so inspired..or passionate about anything..I'm just so very CONTENT....

Do I like being content? Yes of course...But don't get me wrong..I loved every moment of my crazy life before..both good and bad (OK..so maybe not so much on the bad stuffs) It made me who I am today..someone who appreciates the fact that the cloud has moved on and the sun is shining oh so very brightly. So i'm just soaking up all the sunshine!

I know there will be clouds in the future..but remembering who I was...and how I survived..I guess I will be okay..no matter what the situation..

Just remember that god only gives you a hand that you can handle...because if it doesn't kill you, it will only make you stronger..

Mamma Mia the Musical

Yep! It's true! They're coming to town this December 17 til January 1 at Istana Budaya. 4000 tix were sold since the counters were opened as reported by The Star.

You can go and check out Mamma Mia Musical tickets. They're kinda pricey but i hope they're worth it!

Mamma Mia!

It's been a while since i've been out to the movies. And since I have been through some truly terrible 'morning sickness' this week..in order to cheer me up, hubby took me to go see Mamma Mia!

SANGAT WORTH IT!

Made me smile..made me laugh and made the ABBA songs sound funny in a good kinda way! Definitely a movie to catch when you're feeling down and maybe it's a chick flick but hubby enjoyed it just as much as i did.

I overheard somewhere someone said tanak tgk Mamma Mia sbb tak sanggup nak tgk Pierce Brosnan prancing around..to them it didn't seem right. Well..spoiler sedikit. He did NOT pranced around..although he's much better off as an actor than a singer, but it was bearable la.

Donna and the Dynamos ARE HILARIOUS!!!!!Honestly the kind of friendship I wish me and my gurls would be able to have when we are older!

I think it's very smart to actually be able to incoporate the ABBA songs into a storyline. And the storyline is cute! I love the dance routines coz they're soooooo funny!It looked like the entire cast had A LOT of fun doing the movie.

Definitely a movie i'd go and see again when i'm not so under the weather. But even if I am, the movie is sooo sunshiny..puts a smile on your face..

Plus the fact that it was filmed in the Greek Islands..definitely my feel good movie!
